Secretary's Public Notes from the 1/01/07 Meeting

The new Master of the Lodge and his team were ready for a new term and very excited about the year ahead. He announced his committees and discussed his goals for the year. A discussion ensued on whether the insurance coverage was adequate for the building and ensuing liabilities associated with its use. Bro. Joe Turner was asked to look into the policy and make his recommendations at the next meeting.

Secretary's Public Notes from the 1/15/07 Meeting

As has become a tradition in Hampton Lodge, the 2nd meeting of the year offered many challenges for the new Master. Not only was their a spirited discussion on the building insurance and use, but Bro. Neil Maddock, the 6th District Deputy dropped by for an unofficial visit. Bro. Roles handled the challenge in fine style. It was decided that our liability coverage was adequate but further study might be needed to determine if our loss coverage on the building was adequate. The Building and Grounds Committee was asked to look into it. Additionally, options for keeping the building clean were discussed.
