Secretary's Public Notes from the 2/16/04 Meeting
New lights have been installed in the lodge meeting hall and have enhanced greatly the illumination for the meetings. New cabinets are to be installed in the preparation room to provide better storage space for the Eastern Star and the DeMolays. Due to the state of the Treasury and the cost of the meals, the lodge voted to suspend the meals normally served at meetings except on special occasions. Everyone was invited to attend the Installation of Officers of Clayton DeMolay Chapter on Saturday.

The Entered Apprentice degree was conferred upon a new member.
Secretary's Public Notes from 1/19/04 Meeting
Past Grand Master C. E. "Buster" Horne presented two of Hampton Lodge's members with an award for 50 years as a Master Mason. Bros William Curtis Mobley and Idus Milam Wilkerson received the award. Bro. Larry Griggers presented Bro. William Lamar Glass with his 25-Year Pin. Click here to see pictures from the presentation. In other news, the members reviewed the financial statements from 2003 and concluded it was necessary to increase the dues to make ends meet. This was the first increase in lodge dues in 14 years.
Secretary's Public Notes from 1/5/04 Meeting
The new year got off to a great start with a large turnout and a visit from the District Deputy to the Grand Master, Neil Maddock. Bro. Maddock announced the Grand Master's program for his term. The members voted to sponsor Clayton Chapter, Order of DeMolay effective immediately. The Chapter will be meeting at the lodge on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays. Everyone is invited to attend.
